- What type of community is Casa de Mañana?
Casa de Mañana is a non-profit, multi-level care retirement community designed for people age 60 and over. It is licensed by the State of California.
- Does Casa de Mañana charge weekly or month-to-month fees?
We are a month-to-month rental community. We charge no entrance fees.
- Does Casa de Mañana charge any upfront fees?
No we do not. There is however, a $300 non-refundable application processing fee.
- How many levels of care do you offer?
We offer independent living and assisted living. However, there are skilled services available at two of our other local Front Porch communities, Carlsbad By The Sea and Fredericka Manor.
- What is the minimum age for a Casa de Mañana resident?
60 years of age.
- What type of accommodations does Casa de Mañana offer?
We have one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments and villas with kitchens and washers and dryers, a limited number of two-bedroom villas and apartments with a den and studio apartments.
- Does Casa de Mañana allow pets?
We do allow small-to-medium sized pets up to 35 pounds. Please speak to a sales representative for further details and restrictions of our pet policy.
- Does Casa de Mañana offer transportation?
We have shuttle buses that run daily around town at no charge. We also have two limousines that provide scheduled, paid transportation.
- Does Casa de Mañana have registered nurses?
We have licensed nurses in our clinic who provide first aid care and emergency services to our residents.
- Are residents required to take all meals?
Three meals a day are included in the standard monthly fees. However, we do have a flexible meal plan that allows residents to choose the meals they would like.
